Lucy Cherkasets is no stranger to Clarity Media Group. She first met Bill McGowan in 1997 during a reunion at their alma mater, Riverdale Country School. After staying in touch and noting each other’s professional accomplishments for several years, Bill invited Lucy to join Clarity Media Group in 2003 as an assistant media trainer.

Lucy then went on to explore opportunities in public relations and the non-profit sector before becoming Director of Human Resources for LaForce + Stevens, a prestigious public relations firm in Manhattan. She manages all aspects of HR, including employee relations for 70 employees, benefits administration and recruiting. Inspired by her experience at L+S, Lucy recently offered her expertise to Clarity Media Group in its development of a job-application and interview-training division. Lucy’s vast HR expertise gives her a keen insight into how to coach clients seeking career advancement.
