In today’s fast-paced world, staying ahead of the curve means embracing innovation. At Clarity Media Group, we understand this better than most. Just ask Brian Chesky and Ted Sarandos how we did “virtual” training before Zoom and Skype…no doubt they remember being shipped a recording device which they then sent back to us, loaded with their clips.

Thankfully, the tech has changed a bit over the last twenty-three years, and we’ve been able to conduct over 11,000-hours of highly-tailored training in the last four years, with 90% of that training conducted virtually. Our most recent integration has been one of the most exciting, since Zoom first launched the screen sharing feature in 2013.

We’ve been delighted to partner with the team at Yoodli to tailor their cloud-based communications coach to best meet our clients needs. Our trainers are now able to leverage ground-breaking AI to provide a comprehensive “post-game analysis” alongside our live coaching. You can’t argue with hard data, and Yoodli can tell us (in less than 30 seconds) exactly how well our trainees are delivering their content by calculating a wide range of metrics:

  • Pace - how many words per minute are you speaking?

  • Percentage of filler words (those pesky “umms”, “likes”, “you knows”)

  • Use of non-inclusive language and weak words

  • Eye contact

  • Conciseness and sentence structure
