As Director of Operations, Hannah Gross serves as the lead conduit between Clarity and its clients. Managing Clarity’s day-to-day functions, Hannah facilitates all pre and post-session correspondence to ensure that each Clarity training program is contracted, scheduled, and executed with the utmost efficiency. She is also responsible for organizing the office administrative duties on behalf of Clarity’s team at our headquarters in New York City, as well as its roster of trainers scattered across the globe. 

Since joining Clarity in 2020, Hannah has implemented many resources and operating systems that have resulted in a noticeable improvement in business workflow. Her keen insights and organizational skills are shaped by her experience working for some of the top restauranteurs in the world, Thomas Keller, Dan Barber, and Eric Ripert, to name a few. After a decade-plus career as a highly skilled pastry chef working in kitchens such as Per Se, Blue Hill Restaurant, and Le Bernardin, Hannah transitioned to Operations Management, opening Thomas Keller’s TAK Room, at Hudson Yards. The processes she has designed have revolutionized and modernized every facet of Clarity’s functionality, from accounting and data management to session material organization.

For over four years, Hannah has also had the pleasure of serving on the board of the Keller Restaurant Relief Fund, which has distributed over $1.5M to hospitality professionals impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. She lives in New York City with her husband Tyler and rescue animals, Gigi (the dog) and Jack and Annie (the cats.)
